With Kyle McLaughlin confirmed returning for Twin Peaks 2016, we’ve been waiting to see who else was returning. And now we may have another few classic characters in the mix.
We aren’t really sure how this would work, but it seems that Laura Palmer will be returning herself. Yes, Sheryl Lee will be coming back. And she’ll be joined by Dana Ashbrook (Bobby Briggs) and Sherilyn Fenn (Audrey Horne).
Speaking at the Twin Peaks UK festival, Ashbrook shared a text from Fenn confirming that both he and Sheryl Lee would reprise their roles.
David Lynch and co-creator Mark Frost are writing the scripts for the new season which will have nine episodes and will be directed by Lynch himself.
What say you, do you think we’ll see them all back? And just how will Laura Palmer fit in now that she’s 25 years older?
