The comedy follows the most powerful man in the world, who tries to prove he is humanity’s savior before his own disaster destroys everything.

Alejandro G Iñárritu on working with Tom Cruise in Digger: “His character has plenty of fast dialogue and demanded emotional shifts, physical transitions, and constant changes in tone from satire to madness, all while navigating intricate blocking with a crowd of extras.
“It required surgical precision, and yet, in the first take, what I witnessed, what we all witnessed that day, was unreal. He was meticulously choreographed, yet it felt completely improvised. The structure was like clockwork, but it flowed like jazz.
“I got goosebumps that night while trying to understand how he was able to do that.”
