On a remote Scottish isle, siblings Isla and Sandy hunt birds and talk to mythical beings while fighting off outsiders.
Their lives change when Daniel, an awkward and socially inept council official, arrives to evacuate them.
I thought this was going down the folk horror road but it turns out it’s more of a modern Local Hero and looks delightful.
The Incomer is written and directed by Louis Paxton and produced by Shirley O’Connor and Emily Gotto, starring Domhnall Gleeson, Gayle Rankin, Grant O’Rourke, Emun Elliott, Michelle Gomez, and John Hannah.
