Guido Carboni and Luis Allegre are known to be associated with the Maggia crime family in The Marvel Universe. Carboni was once the most powerful crime boss in New York City. Allegre is actually part of the family that kills Frank Castle’s family, which results in him becoming The Punisher!
Their names can be seen above the prison cells when Trevor is walking down a walkway at the beginning of the short.
