Rick Cosnett has revealed on social media that he is heading back to the hit CW series The Flash.
After departing the show at the end of season 1 – when CCPD Detective Eddie Thawne sacrificed his life to keep his deplorable descendant Eobard from ever existing – Cosnett reprised his role midway through Season 2: before departing again.
No word on when he will return though.
The Flash resumes Season 3 on Tuesday 24 January, where it will then lead into Legends of Tomorrow.
