J.K. Rowling has confirmed the exact time period in which the other four ‘Fantastic Beasts’ movies will be set.
With the author already confirming a further four films involving Newt Scamander and co., fans have been wondering when they will take place in the wizarding timeline.
Step forward Ms. Rowling: “Our story starts in 1926 and ends in 1945. It’s just too big to fit into one movie!” This tweet was in response to someone asking why the series would hold an additional four movies.
What all this means is that we’ll get to see how Newt, Tina, Queenie, and Jacob spend a good portion of their lives. We all already know that Tina and Newt end up getting married, but how will that develop in the next four movies, and how will the forthcoming war play out into these stories?
