Tom Hiddleston has teased the role of Doctor Strange in the forthcoming Thor: Ragnarok.
Speaking to MTV, the actor revealed that the sorcerer could have a part to play in finding Odin, who was replaced on the throne at the end of Thor: The Dark World by his adopted son.
“Doctor Strange has very intensely cerebral, time-bending powers,” he said.
“At the end of Thor: The Dark World, Loki’s on the throne. What happened to Odin? So maybe Doctor Strange has to help out with that particular conundrum…”
A synopsis for the movie reads: ‘Thor is imprisoned on the other side of the universe without his mighty hammer and finds himself in a race against time to get back to Asgard to stop Ragnarok—the destruction of his homeworld and the end of Asgardian civilization—at the hands of an all-powerful threat, the ruthless Hela. But first he must survive a deadly gladiatorial contest that pits him against his former ally and fellow Avenger—the Incredible Hulk.’
Thor: Ragnarok is released on 3 November 2017.
