Universal has just released a brand new trailer for Kick-Ass 2 that focuses on Hit-Girl (Chloë Moretz) and her struggles to fit in at high school, while keeping her crime fighting activities hidden from her stepfather (Morris Chestnut). Don’t worry the rest of the cast shows up a bit too.
It’s pretty awesome that this movie is looking even better than the last one so far.
KICK-ASS 2 is based on the comic book created by Mark Millar and John Romita Jr. and is being directed by Jeff Wadlow. The movie stars Christopher Mintz-Plasse, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Chloë Moretz, Jim Carrey, Lyndsy Fonseca, Yancy Butler, Donald Faison, John Leguizamo, Lindy Booth, Olga Kurkulina, and Nicolas Cage makes a cameo. The movie kicks into theaters on August 16, 2013.
