When the CW’s Arrow returns for its third season on Wednesday, October 8th, they will be introducing a brand new version of Count Vertigo in the form of veteran character actor Peter Stormare.
The Count was previously played by Seth Gabel. After the previous Count’s death, it seems that a new player has entered the fray to handle the Vertigo drug trade. That man is Werner Zytle, DC’s New 52 version of Count Vertigo, who will be played by Stormare.
Stormare’s been in everything from 22 Jump Street and Bad Boys II to Fargo and The Big Lebowski.
