Simon Pegg has told MTV that he’ll be reprising his role as Benji Dunn opposite Tom Cruise’s Ethan Hunt in Mission: Impossible 5.
When asked if he’d be back for the Christopher McQuarrie directed actioner, he replied: “Yes, absolutely.”
“I’m looking forward to that,” he said. “I’ve already started eating one carrot a day in order to be in shape.”
The Dunn character made his debut in J.J. Abrams’ Mission: Impossible III and returned for Brad Bird’s Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol.
Mission: Impossible 5 features a screenplay by Iron Man 3 scribe Drew Pearce .
