Bill Murray went a little off-script while presenting the Academy Award for “Achievement in Cinematography” to remember his old collaborator, the late Harold Ramis.
After saying the names of the actual nominees up for the award, Murray turned to camera:
“Oh, we forgot one: Harold Ramis for Caddyshack, Ghostbusters and Groundhog Day.”
Co-presenter Amy Adams smiled widely and applauded and the audience quickly followed suit.
Ramis was later remembered in the annual “In Memoriam” segment.
