While we here at FTN can’t wait to see The Last Stand, it seems that the failure of it at the US Box Office may have made Arnold Schwarzenegger review his future movie choices.
Terminator 5, the rumour that just won’t die, seems to be on his radar and according to the big man himself, speaking at a UK press junket for The Last Stand, he’s going to appear in it. Although no word yet on in what capacity he’ll appear, although we’d wage it could be something along the lines of the horrible deleted scene from Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines in which he plays the soldier that the Terminator (T-800) is modelled on – We’ve embedded it below for your viewing, ahem, pleasure.
So, with Justin Lin seemingly of and no release date, it seemed that T5 wasn’t going to happen, but now we’re guessing if Arnie is onboard, it’ll get made as new writers have been hired.
He will also have The Legend Of Conan filming later this year and Triplets will happen with Danny DeVito and Eddie Murphy soon too. Any word of the Kindergarten Cop sequel, Arnold?
