We know you’re already uber-excited about for the next instalment in the X-Men franchise. After X-Men: First Class and Days of Future Past, we’re itching to see Bryan Singer’s latest effort in the hugely popular mutant franchise.
But, if you’re seeing Star Wars: The Force Awakens (who isn’t?), you have one more reason to get excited as it’s been revealed that the first X-Men: Apocalypse trailer will be shown before the film.
With the J.J. Abrams movie expected to achieve the widest worldwide release of all time, interest in the upcoming X-Men instalment will considerably intensify when its promo arrives alongside the sci-fi next month. This is a huge score for the X-Men crew as basically everyone in the world will see their trailer before Star Wars.
The film’s writer/producer Simon Kinberg told Collider: “I can in fact confirm that information. Our first trailer will be on Star Wars: The Force Awakens.
“It’s our first thing out there so it is somewhat of a teaser but it’s certainly longer than a minute and it has a ton of cool stuff in it.
