A new clip from Marvel’s Captain America: Civil War that features a chase scene with Captain America, Falcon, The Winter Soldier and Black Panther has been unveiled. While it’s not yet available for us to watch, reports claim that Disney shareholders were extremely pleased when Marvel executives played the footage in a boardroom meeting.

L.A. Times (via Squareeyed) reports: “The clip started off with a car chase featuring a motorcycle and a black Audi SUV. The chase involved Captain America (Chris Evans), Black Panther (Chadwick Boseman), Bucky Barnes (Sebastian Stan) and Falcon (Anthony Mackie). They pursued each other through a tunnel, which became engulfed in explosions generated by the skirmish.

“Eventually, the characters emerged from the tunnel, only to be met by War Machine (Don Cheadle). It appeared as though he was on the scene to detain Captain America.

“Stand down now,” War Machine angrily told the captain. “Congratulations, Cap, you’re a criminal. Black Panther then intervened, baring his metal claws and ripping off his mask to reveal his identity.

We previously reported that Civil War had generated almost unanimous praise at test screenings and the buzz around the movie seems to be wholly positive. It’s a pivotal part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe in launching Phase Three and Disney know that Civil War holds the key to beating rivals Warner Bros., who have both Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and Suicide Squad on the horizon this year.
