We’ve reported before on the rumours that Marvel’s movie and TV departments don’t really exist in harmony (here and here) and that at the Age of Ultron premiere Kevin Feige admitted to not having watched Daredevil which raised a few eyebrows.

Heck, at one stage Joss Whedon outright said that the movie folk don’t care about the TV shows… and now it seems it could be true.

Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD, as many of you will know, kicked off the Inhumans story last season and will be developing it this year. The plan was that it would lead into the Inhumans movie which was tipped to star Groot’s voice, Vin Diesel.

However, it looks like this may no longer be the plan.

According to rumours gathering momentum, it seems that that the Inhumans movie is now scrapped: “it could have something to do with Disney now overseeing the Marvel movies (at Feige’s request) and Perlmutter remaining in charge of TV.”

Could it be that Feige isn’t happy with Agents of SHIELD developing the Inhumans story has soured him a little towards the movie? Hard to know. but we do know that this is gathering momentum.

We hear more, you’ll hear it too…
