We found out a few days ago that Christopher McQuarrie is set to write not just the next Mission: Impossible movie, but the next two movies, bringing his total to four altogether.
But it has also been revealed that the next instalments may bring back Alec Baldwin and Henry Cavill, both of whom came a cropper in the last movie, Fallout.
“McQuarrie is said to be considering bringing back the characters played by Alec Baldwin and Henry Cavill, via flashbacks. Obviously, the scripts have to still be written so things could change, but there’s a chance the most famous mustache on the Internet could get a second act.”
We loved both actors and saying how Cavill’s moustache for the movie almost derailed Justice League, we think he deserves at least one more appearance, don’t you?
