Stallone gets the hype train rolling for Creed 2 by sharing an unofficial yet epic fan poster o his Instagram (below)
Creed was an unexpectedly good Rocky sequel, focusing on the son of Rocky’s legendary for and later friend Apollo Creed.
Michael B Jordan, currently riding high playing the villain in monster smash hit Black Panther returns as Adonis Creed along side Sly Stallone’s Rocky Balboa to face The Siberian Bul,l Ivan Drago’s son Victor.
Drago Jr will be played by Florian Munteanu, a Romanian boxer and fitness model and Dolph Lundgren will be reprising the role of Drago.
Rookie director Steven Caple Jr will take over for Ryan Coogler to head the film, also stepping in for Stallone who was rumoured to direct in the early stages of pre-production.
Cheo Hodari Coker will come from Luke Cage to pen the script. Also returning to the cast will be Tessa Thompson.
