Well, in a week that’s had a lot of reveals from the new Ghostbusters movie, the one a lot of us – myself included – was really excited for was the Ecto-1…
And here it is.
Remember, if you will, the the original is one of cinema’s most iconic cars. And this is really trying to keep faithful to that with the shape, the ladder, the colours, the equipment and the shape… and is it a hearse?
Paul Feige is trying hard, but I don’t like it, and the word around the office is they aren’t keen either. It has potential, but I just don’t see it becoming an icon. It looks like a fan-made project. We sort of expected something… different. Is it possible to try TOO hard?
It’s all quite frustrating, really.
