Huntress and The Penguin rumoured to appear in DC/Warner’s Birds of Prey movie…

June 2nd, 2018 by Marc Comments

We’re starting to hear loads of interesting new rumours about the Birds Of Prey movie coming from DC/Warners…

First up, it’s looking likely the movie will begin filming as soon as January 2019 and two pretty major Batman-related characters are also rumoured to be joining the story.

First up, unsurprisingly, we’re hearing the The Huntress is looking likely to be part of the team, if not leader. However, to counter this, we’re hearing that Catwoman will not be appearing in the movie.

On top of this we’re hearing that Oswald Cobblepot AKA The Penguin, will likely be the villain or a secondary villain, allowing him to be used more efficiently when Matt Reeves brings us his Batman movie… we’re also hearing that Penguin is set to be the main bad guy in that movie.

So there you have it , Bat-fans, two of Gotham City’s most (in)famous characters will soon be headed to the big screen.

Birds of Prey will be directed by Cathy Yan and will likely be released in 2020.
