JK Simmons certainly isn’t new to superhero films. He previously played J. Jonah Jameson in the Toby Maguire Spider-man trilogy.

Well, he has now moved to DC and is set to play Commissioner Gordon in Justice League: Part 1.

The actor has stated in a new interview that his role is very small in the film but he hopes to be in at least four movies for DC.

He also talked about what it was like to play such a famous and iconic character in the DC, along with being in an epic film like Justice League.

You can see the full interview below.

My name is Jonathan Snelling. I’ve been a movie fan for a long time now and last year completed a degree in Film and Television Studies at Aberystwyth University. It’s hard to choose a favourite film but I’ve always been a major fan of Christopher Nolan’s Batman saga. I’m really interested to see how Ben Affleck does in Dawn of Justice as it's set to be an incredible film. I’m usually willing to see any genre but naturally some more so than others.
