We at FTN were on the fence about Kingsman: The Secret Service… we loved some of it and hated other parts. That said, we would love to see where it goes next. And we’ll find out soon, it seems…
20th Century Fox have confirmed that Taron Egerton’s secret agent will return in the sequel which is scheduled for June 16, 2017. Not taking much time, are they?
It’s unclear at the minute where the story will come from since creators of the comic, Mark Millar and Dave Gibbons, have yet to pen a second book and it’s also unclear if director Matthew Vaughn will return – he didn’t for Kick Ass 2, so this may well prove to be the same.
As for which characters apart from Edgerton will come back, well… that’s anyone’s guess, isn’t it?
