Looks like we’re heading to Arkham Asylum in the Justice League movie…

It looks like we’re heading back to Arkham Asylum in Justice League.

Our friends over at Batman-News have done some detective work and found a few new roles listed on the movie’s imdb page, including Arkham Guard, Arkham Guard2 and Lex Luthor’s Guard, which to us would imply that we will be meeting Lex in Arkham after he was sent there by Batman at the end of Batman V Superman.

And yes, we know we’ve seen Arkham in Suicide Squad (as well as the Nolan movies and, em, Batman & Robin) but it’ll be fun to see it in a Zack Snyder movie and, if we see Batman in there, it might lead into the Batman movie we’re hoping we’re getting from Ben Affleck which could see the Dark Knight trapped in the asylum with a hoard of villains he put there.

Given that we know Commissioner Gordon is in the movie along with the GCPD building and bat-signal, it makes sense that another famous location would feature.

The Justice League will save the world this November.

Fueled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman’s selfless act, Bruce Wayne enlists the help of his newfound ally, Diana Prince, to face an even greater enemy. Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to find and recruit a team of metahumans to stand against this newly awakened threat. But despite the formation of this unprecedented league of heroes—Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and The Flash—it may already be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.

Marc is a self-confessed nerd. Ever since seeing Star Wars for the first time around 1979 he’s been an unapologetic fan of the Wars and still believes, with Clone Wars and now Underworld, we are yet to see the best Star Wars. He’s a dad of two who now doesn’t have the time (or money) to collect the amount of toys, comics, movies and books he once did, much to the relief of his long-suffering wife. In the real world he’s a graphic designer. He started Following the Nerd because he was tired of searching a million sites every day for all the best news that he loves and decided to create one place where you can go to get the whole lot. Secretly he longs to be sitting in the cockpit of his YT-1300 Corellian Transport ship with his co-pilot Chewie, roaming the universe, waiting for his next big adventure, but feels just at home watching cartoons with his kids….
