SDCC: Warcraft posters reveal film’s warring factions

It’s Orc-killing time!

Shortly before the Warcraft panel at SDCC yesterday, Legendary Pictures unveiled two posters for the upcoming movie. And, frankly, they look awesome.

The few details of the plot revealed so far state that the realm of Azeroth will be on the brink of war as it faces an invasion by Orc warriors fleeing their dying home, desperate to colonize another. As a portal connects the two worlds, two heroes on opposing sides are set on a collision course that will decide the fate of family, friends and their very realms.

We’ve said before that the Duncan Jones-helmed Warcraft has huge potential. And to be honest, this hasn’t diminished expectation. Quite the opposite, in fact. Ladies and gentlemen, break out your broadswords and prepare for battle!

Warcraft is set for release on 10 June 2016.
