First up, BloodyDisgusting have shared a few new images from Deadpool, which we’ve posted right here for your viewing pleasure…

The new images show Ryan Reynolds as Deadpool/Wade Wilson, we also have fresh looks at Gina Carano as Angel Dust, Brianna Hildebrand as Negasonic Teenage Warhead and Ed Skrein as Ajax!

In other Deadpool news, Reynolds has said he’s got another character in mind who he’s keen for Deadpool to meet… Cable!

Speaking to Comicbook.com, Reynolds said: “I always see Deadpool running against the grain for everything he does. He can’t possibly conform to any sort of leadership role. He always has to be the wild card. So you’d have to have someone like Cable running point on a team like X-Force. I’d love for that to be a next step that we take.”

Would you like to see an X-Force movie with Cable and Deadpool crossing over? Let us know…

Based upon Marvel Comics’ most unconventional anti-hero, DEADPOOL tells the origin story of former Special Forces operative turned mercenary Wade Wilson, who after being subjected to a rogue experiment that leaves him with accelerated healing powers, adopts the alter ego Deadpool. Armed with his new abilities and a dark, twisted sense of humor, Deadpool hunts down the man who nearly destroyed his life.

Deadpool arrives in style on February 12th, 2016.

Marc is a self-confessed nerd. Ever since seeing Star Wars for the first time around 1979 he’s been an unapologetic fan of the Wars and still believes, with Clone Wars and now Underworld, we are yet to see the best Star Wars. He’s a dad of two who now doesn’t have the time (or money) to collect the amount of toys, comics, movies and books he once did, much to the relief of his long-suffering wife. In the real world he’s a graphic designer. He started Following the Nerd because he was tired of searching a million sites every day for all the best news that he loves and decided to create one place where you can go to get the whole lot. Secretly he longs to be sitting in the cockpit of his YT-1300 Corellian Transport ship with his co-pilot Chewie, roaming the universe, waiting for his next big adventure, but feels just at home watching cartoons with his kids….
