This is still a rumor for now, but it seems as though Disney REALLY wants to work with Nintendo and break together two of history’s greatest icons: Mario and Mickey Mouse. The two have never officially met, and they want to change that.
First, they want Mario in Wreck-It Ralph 2, but also, they want a video game where Mario and Mickey meet.
Could this happen? Very much so, the only question is whether Nintendo will want to do this. True, they’re not shy about certain icons meeting Mario in games (Sonic, Snake, Pac-Man, Mega Man, etc), but the situation has to be right.
