The most on again/off again movie in Hollywood, Pacific Rim 2, is back on again (yay!) and has a director attached (yay!).
Steven DeKnight, executive producer and head writer of Marvel’s Daredevil for Netflix as well as a regular writer/director on Buffy the Vampire Slayer (he also worked on smallville, Angel, Dollhouse and more, has signed on as director his big screen debut, reports Deadline.
The current script was written by Jon Spaihts and is going ahead over at Legendary.
