You may know that we here at FTN are really, really unhappy with the direction that the Ghostbusters sequel is taking.
It’s not the all-female cast that bugs us, it’s the full reboot that has our backs right up. Then, there’s casting like this.
Bridesmaids and Pitch Perfect actress Rebel Wilson (above) has confirmed that she has been in talks with Paul Feig, the man who is in the director’s chair of the movie that will destroy 30 year of Ghostbusters history.
“I have had a meeting,” Wilson has said.
“But who knows? They will have to look at the script when it’s finished… I’d do that for free.”
We’re expecting to hear official casting news soon, but this doesn’t fill us with anything but absolute horror.
And that’s all we want to say on the matter.
