It looks like director Rob Marshall is set to go underwater at Disney.
The director has already done three big projects at Disney including Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides, Into The Woods and the upcoming Mary Poppins Returns, so he is no stranger to the house of mouse.
According to the report: “I’ve heard that Marshall has been offered the movie, is reading the Jane Goldman script and will take until after the holidays to decide. Sources expect him to board the project right after the new year.”
While he seems like a safe bet, we reckon there’s a pretty strong chance he’ll accept the gig…
