Gone Girl and House MD actress Sela Ward has signed on as the First Lady, the president of the United States, in Roland Emmerich’s Independence Day sequel.
The cast for the sci-fi sequel is really filling out and we’re actually pretty excited to see what the story has in store for us.
Ward joins Judd Hirsch bill Pullman, Jeff Goldblum, Vivica A. Fox, Jessie A. Usher, Liam Hemsworth, and Charolette Gainsbourg in the alien fighting sequel.
Independence Day 2 invades on June 24th, 2016.
