You may recall a few weeks back we reported that word on the vine was there would be a Superman cameo in the upcoming Shazam! movie – the latest entry in the DC Cinematic Universe BUT it would likely not be Henry Cavill, but rather would be a glimpse of the S on his chest and not a look at his face.
We know the reason for this is a pay dispute between Cavill and Warner Bros as Cavill was due to appear in the movie from the early stages.
Now, however, we’re hearing Cavill may appear after all.
A new rumour suggests that Cavill has indeed filmed the cameo and if an agreement can be reached between actor and studio, it may still appear in the finished movie in April.
Both parties are saying nothing and this is stll a rumour of the highest order… but we do hope there’s something to it as we would love to see Cavill back as the Man of Steel.
