Wow, the Spider-Man: Homecoming cast is really coming together beautifully. Deadline via the gang at Squareeyed, is reporting that Silicon Valley’s Martin Starr (below, left) – who plays the brilliant deadpan Gilfoyle – has been added to the burgeoning cast, following on from news that Donald Glover had bagged himself a role.

But wait, that’s not all! Logan Marshall-Green (Prometheus, below, right) is also in talks to join the Marvel Cinematic Universe film as a villain!

We have to say, this is great news. If you haven’t watched Silicon Valley, you’re really missing out. Starr is excellent as Gilfoyle and Marshall-Green was excellent in Ridley Scott’s Prometheus.

Tom Holland is starring as Peter Parker/Spider-Man in a story that will bring Spidey back to his high school beginnings.

Also on board are Tony Revolori, who starred opposite Ralph Fiennes in The Grand Budapest Hotel, Robert Downey Jr. as Iron Man and Michael Keaton playing Vulture, the film’s main villain.
