If you’re a fan of Tom Hardy’s take on Mad Max then the actor may just have some good news… there’s a good chance we’ll see another two.
Eventually.
Talking to Variety (below), the actor talked about George Miller’s Mad Max: Fury Road (three years ago!) and how the plan was for three movies and that plan is still alive.
“it was always the plan to do three of them,” Hardy says, “We’re still waiting on the opportunity and the green light to do the next one [there’s a ] plethora of material on it.
“As soon as it’s real, we’ll jump on it,” he adds.
We wouldn’t hold our breath but it’s nice to know that Max isn’t forgotten in Hollywood… hopefully some day we’ll be on the Fury Road again.
