Let the comic book films continue! Today, it’s a Vertigo comic (one of DC’s imprints) in the form of 100 Bullets. This award winning comic ran for ten years, and featured now legendary comic writer Brian Azzarello at the head. Now, it’ll become a movie that’ll star and be co-produced by Tom Hardy.
Though no plot details have been given for the moment, it’s being said that it will stay close to the source material. If you haven’t heard of 100 Bullets, here’s a quick plot synopsis:
“Azzarello and Risso’s Eisner and Harvey Award-winning series follows Agent Graves, a mysterious man who presents strangers with a gun, one hundred rounds of untraceable ammunition and the identity of the person who ruined their life.”
Fun huh? The adaptation will be overseen by members of DC, but will be put under the New Line film banner.
