Ok, don’t panic just yet, but, Paramount Pictures has apparently told Akiva Goldsman to begin calculating a Transformers movie universe. Yes, just like what Marvel and DC are doing/have done with their films.
Apparently, Goldsman won’t be writing the movies himself, but hiring others to do it. He’ll be supervising along with…Michael Bay…Steven Spielberg and Lorezo di Bonaventura. A think tank for the franchise if you will.
The goal is to not only have sequels, but prequels, spinoffs, and so on. This will most likely start with Transformers 5 which has already been greenlit to make.
