We now have two returning cast members from the original Independence Day coming to the sequel. First came Jeff Goldblum, now, Vivica A. Fox.
Director Roland Emmerich made the reveal on his Facebook and Twitter feeds:
“Exciting news… we just officially signed Vivica A. Fox for Independence Day!”- Roland Emmerich
Fox will reprise her role of Jasmine Dubrow, who will no doubt be the mother to Jesse Usher’s character in the movie.
