The first clip has dropped for Evil Dead Rise and it’s creeeeeeepy!
The movie features an all-new corner of the Evil Dead universe with a copy of the Necronomicon, the Book of the Dead, that we have seen before (here) and a host of new characters facing off against the horrors of the Deadites.
This is the second reboot of sorts of the Evil Dead franchise and it looks like it’s going to deliver in all the right ways.
The movie stars Nell Fisher, Alyssa Sutherland, Lily Sullivan, Gabrielle Echols, Morgan Davies, Mia Challis, Jayden Daniels, Tai Wano, and Billy Reynolds-McCarthy co-star.
A twisted tale of two estranged sisters whose reunion is cut short by the rise of flesh-possessing demons, thrusting them into a primal battle for survival as they face the most nightmarish version of family imaginable.
“Evil Dead Rise” is slated to open in cinemas on April 21st 2023.
