The Adventures of Cliff Booth is the sequel to 2019’s Once Upon a Time in Hollywood. Quentin Tarantino wrote the script and David Fincher directed the new film, writes Phil at Live for Film.
It stars Brad Pitt, Timothy Olyphant, Scott Caan, Elizabeth Debicki, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, Carla Gugino, Holt McCallany, Corey Fogelmanis, and JB Tadena.
Set in the late 1970s, the film follows the stuntman Cliff Booth, now working as a Hollywood studio fixer, handling scandals and secrets in a grittier, post-hippie era.
I loved the original film and Pitt’s Cliff Booth was one of my favourite parts of the film. Really looking forward to seeing how David Fincher brings Tarantino’s script to life.
The film is produced by Ceán Chaffin, David Heyman, Shannon McIntosh, Brad Pitt, Quentin Tarantino. Cinematography is by Erik Messerschmidt.
The Adventures of Cliff Booth is scheduled to be released in select cinemas and on Netflix later this year.
