Prepare yourself for more Tim Burton-inspired madness in the first trailer forAlice Through the Looking Glass.
Disney has premiered an extended look at the fantasy blockbuster, which brings back Johnny Depp’s Mad Hatter, Mia Wasikowska’s Alice and Helena Bonham Carter’s Red Queen.
Keep your eyes peeled for a fleeting glimpse of Anne Hathaway as the White Queen and Sacha Baron Cohen’s big, bad villain, known simply as Time.
Burton is just a producer on the film this time around, handing over the director’s chair to The Muppets‘ James Bobin.
Considering Alice in Wonderland banked $1 billion back in 2010, it’s not much of a surprise to see Disney throw a hefty budget at a sequel.
The film will be based on Lewis Carrol’s Through the Looking-Glass, and is due for release in May 2016.
