Look, I’ve heard people complain that this should be more straight-faced and, if it was, we could be looking at a Game of Thrones or Lord of the Rings-type success and, well, maybe, but I think a fun, adventures franchise could be just what we need now… and this might be it.
I have to admit, I don’t play D&D (although I want to), but in my mind, playing it is about the fun, the adventures, the – dar I say it? – silliness of it all and this movie seems to perfectly capture that magic.
I can’t wait to see this. Am I wrong? Am I alone? Let me know…
