Now THAT is a Bill & Ted trailer, dude!

The new trailer for Bill & Ted Face the Music is here and it’s so very good… and it seems that, while many suspected the movie would get a home release rather than hitting cinemas due to that damned virus, and others didn’t, it seems we were all right as the movie gets a simultaneous home and theatrical release on September 1st! No way!?

The new trailer makes the movie look like a proper Bill & Ted movie compared to the first, less impressive, trailer (here), so if I get the Chance I might go see this on the big screen anyway.

Oh, and the new poster is great too!

The stakes are higher than ever for the time-traveling exploits of William “Bill” S. Preston Esq. and Theodore “Ted” Logan. Yet to fulfill their rock and roll destiny, the now middle aged best friends set out on a new adventure when a visitor from the future warns them that only their song can save life as we know it. Along the way, they will be helped by their daughters, a new batch of historical figures, and a few music legends – to seek the song that will set their world right and bring harmony in the universe.

Marc is a self-confessed nerd. Ever since seeing Star Wars for the first time around 1979 he’s been an unapologetic fan of the Wars and still believes, with Clone Wars and now Underworld, we are yet to see the best Star Wars. He’s a dad of two who now doesn’t have the time (or money) to collect the amount of toys, comics, movies and books he once did, much to the relief of his long-suffering wife. In the real world he’s a graphic designer. He started Following the Nerd because he was tired of searching a million sites every day for all the best news that he loves and decided to create one place where you can go to get the whole lot. Secretly he longs to be sitting in the cockpit of his YT-1300 Corellian Transport ship with his co-pilot Chewie, roaming the universe, waiting for his next big adventure, but feels just at home watching cartoons with his kids….
