At last February’s Toy Fair Diamond Select unveiled two of the new figures from their upcoming Ghostbusters line, and now thanks to Action Figure Insider we have a look at the third…
Yes everyone’s favourite neighbour/accountant Louis Tully (Or should that be Vinz Clortho – Keymaster of Gozer?) will be joining the already revealed Ray Stantz and Winston Zeddemore as part of Wave 1! The sculpting, detail and articulation on these 7 inch figures looks frankly sublime and I can’t wait to get my hands on them! I’m a major fan of Diamond Select figures and the fact that they will now be producing a Ghostbusters range makes me happier than a pig in positively charged mood slime.
Wave 2 will feature the other two boys in grey – Peter Venkman and Egon Spengler. An overall run of 12 figures is planned, each will come with a base accessory, which can be connected together to form the end fight scene from the first film! They are scheduled for Pre order later this week so don’t miss out on your chance to own these excellent toys! They will be retailing at $24.99 each so that should be around £17 or £18 in the UK.
