FIRST LOOK: Is this the packaging of The Force Awakens Black Series Stormtrooper figure?

June 8th, 2015 by Marc Comments

So remember last week we brought you images of The Force Awakens Black Series 6inch Stormtrooper (here)?

Well now Star Wars collector site JediInsider has images that they believe is the Black Series packaging of the same figure… and it’s beautiful. They write:

We have an exclusive first look at the packaging for this upcoming [6″ Star Wars: The Black Series “The Force Awakens” First Order Stromtrooper figure coming from Hasbro]. We don’t have much in the way of details right now, but this packaging definitely looks to be some kind of special edition version. Perhaps this figure will first be released as a 2015 San Diego Comic Con exclusive like we have seen with previous Black Series figures in the past?”

We must say, our first thought was they might be preview figures like the ones released before each of the prequel movies in toy stores…

Whatever they are, we love the packaging. What about you guys?
