D23: New posters for Black Widow, WandaVision and Falcon And The Winter Soldier appear online

With Disney’s big D23 Expo in Anaheim at the weekend, we’re still getting a few late-coming bits of news and tonight we have three images from the upcoming MCU Phase 4 that have some cool stuff in them.

First up, there’s a new poster for the Black Widow movie; these posters were given out at the event, so the image quality isn’t wonderful:

In the poster you can see Stranger Things star David Harbour as Alexi, the Red Guardian. While it all seems a bit pointless given the outcome of Endgame, I’m sure I’ll still be there first night.

Next up, we movie to the TV side of the MCU, specifically the upcoming Disney+ content.

In the first image we get to see the new look for The Falcon – who will apparently sport a Captain America-like suit but according to star Anthony Mackie will always be called Falcon – and the Winter Soldier too in the upcoming, em, Falcon And The Winter Soldier:

Finally, and perhaps most revealing we get concept art from the WandaVision series. Have it out and then I’ll get into the details:

This image is interesting for several reasons.

Firstly, it confirms that the show will indeed have an American sit-com feel to it as has been rumoured for a while. The idea seems to be that Wanda has created a reality for her and Vision where they are a happily married couple. This could definitely hint that they are heading towards the House of M storyline from the comics which is epic as hell.

Next up, the outside looks black & white, to the visuals in this chow could be something special, indeed.

And lastly, if you look to the right-handside you’ll see Wanda and Vision’s shadows on the wall… and Wanda’s really looks like the classic Scarlett Witch mask from the comics:

So that’s it for now, though I wouldn’t rule out a few more things appearing from D23 over the coming days.

As always, I want to hear your thoughts, guys.

He’s a dad of two who now doesn’t have the time (or money) to collect the amount of toys, comics, movies and books he once did, much to the relief of his long-suffering wife.
