Get ready for the new daily show

DC’s Legends of Tomorrow keeps it in the family with new villain

September 4th, 2017 by Marc Comments

It looks like DC’s Legends of Tomorrow Season 3 has scored a new villain… and she’s already got a few connections to the show.

Dexter star Courtney Ford will appear on the series as the daughter of Damien Darhk (Neal McDonough).

She will play Eleanor in the season’s fifth episode (and will be a recurring character) and is described as: Smart and cunning with a charming dose of otherworldly creepiness — think Wednesday Addams all grown up. Her innocent looks can be disarming, but it’s all an act. This woman is dangerous with an uncanny ability to manipulate others, and is able to tell people exactly what they want to hear. She’s highly intelligent and is always several moves ahead. Her unique dark talents all stem from the fact that she is Damien Darhk’s daughter.

Oh and she’s also the real-life wife of Ray Palmer himself, Brandon Routh.

As for Darhk himself, we know that he will once again be part of a team of villains who team up against the Legends and will be the character resurrected after his (apparent) death in Arrow Season 4 because comics.

Marc is a self-confessed nerd. Ever since seeing Star Wars for the first time around 1979 he’s been an unapologetic fan of the Wars and still believes, with Clone Wars and now Underworld, we are yet to see the best Star Wars. He’s a dad of two who now doesn’t have the time (or money) to collect the amount of toys, comics, movies and books he once did, much to the relief of his long-suffering wife. In the real world he’s a graphic designer. He started Following the Nerd because he was tired of searching a million sites every day for all the best news that he loves and decided to create one place where you can go to get the whole lot. Secretly he longs to be sitting in the cockpit of his YT-1300 Corellian Transport ship with his co-pilot Chewie, roaming the universe, waiting for his next big adventure, but feels just at home watching cartoons with his kids….
