He may not be with the WWE anymore, but pro wrestler Cody Rhodes isn’t done with his rivalry with Arrow’s Stephen Amell, as he posts a Tweet that confirms he’s now heading to Amell’s stomping ground for the rematch in Star City.

During a panel at Heroes & Villains Fan Fest last week Amell said Rhodes – who was under the Stardust mantle when the two faced off in the ring, in a tag match at SummerSlam 2015 – is set for an appearance in Arrow’s fifth season, and this Tweet confirms it:

Yes, that fashionable sportswear does say “Destroy Queen” on it.

Could we see Rhodes as one of the show’s villain-of-the-week characters? Or a more substantial bad guy? His busy work schedule probably prevents him from being in the show full time, but there are still so many possible DC characters the show hasn’t used yet that he could play.

Arrow returns in October.

Hidden deep in the woods, past the abandoned insane asylum and long-forgotten summer camp, off the old dirt road, across the creaky timber bridge, lies a log cabin. Under the full moon some have said they've heard blood-curdling howls from deep in the basement, though none have been brave enough to explore further... If they had, the shocking reveal would be that the screams come from old horror VHS tapes, accompanied by the maniacal laugh of Phil Robinson, brought on by comics and wrestling promos. The self-confessed "horror guy", he has also been known to talk about Spider-Man and heavy metal at great, unnecessary lengths. Yes, he knows he needs a haircut.
