Because The LEGO Movie, the Jump Street series, The Last Man On Earth and the upcoming Han Solo movie isn’t enough, it looks like Phil Lord and Chris Miller’s untitled time travel TV series is being picked up by FOX.
The series will be written by Julius “Goldie” Sharpe and “follows three friends who find a way to travel through time for truth, justice and riches, which complicates their lives in 2016. They visit some of the greatest moments of the past as they try to resolve their personal problems, while history and pop culture comically collide.”
Sharpe is known of his work on The Grinder and Family Guy and will have Seth Cohen as exec producer. Lord and Miller are under a deal with 20th Century Fox.
The series was put into development in October and has a put pilot commitment.
Lord and Miller are also bringing Greatest American Hero back at FOX.
