Yes! 2020 is going to be the absolute business as Netflix have just announced season one of Locke and Key will debut on February 7th.
The series, based on Joe Hill and Gabriel Rodriquez’s IDW masterpiece comic series will kick off with a ten-episode miniseries that focuses on a family, the Lockes, how more into Hill House after a family tragedy. there The children played by Jackson Robert Scott, Connor Jessup and Emilia Jones and mother (Darby Stanchfield) soon discover that their new home is full of magic and keys that unlock all sorts of wonders and horrors.
The series will be co-showrun by Lost’s Carlton Cuse and it’s great to finally see it coming to series as it was previously sent to pilot at Fox (see clip below) and then almost became a movie trilogy. I have high hopes that Netflix will do it proud and would expect a trailer to drop fairly soon…
What do you all think? Are you excited for this? I wanna hear it all…
