Netflix’s Punisher series gets new teaser and full episode title list

August 28th, 2017 by Marc Comments

With The Defenders now released we can now look forward to the future of the MCU’s Netflix shows… and we’re all looking at Jon Bernthal’s The Punisher.

And today we have a new teaser (below): “Friends. Enemies. Frank Castle. ‘Marvel’s The Punisher’ is coming soon.”

While we still have no word on when exactly ‘soon’ is, we now know there’s 13 episodes and the list of the them is at the bottom of the page and it’s clear there’s a strong military essence to them.

Punisher first appeared in the second season of Daredevil and was an instant hit so it was only a matter of time before he got his own series as he was a big hit.

His appearance in that show directly referenced his backstory where he was an ex-Marine and family man whose family were murdered after things went wrong when he tried to stop a drug lord, sending Castle into a murderous rage that has led to him becoming the one-man army, force for good and anti-hero.

Bernthal will star alongside Ben Barnes, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, Amber Rose Revah, Deborah Ann Woll, Daniel Webber, Jason R. Moore, Paul Schulze, Jaime Ray Newman, and Michael Nathanson.

The Punisher is expected to debut on Netflix in 2018.

We also have the full list of 13 episodes of The Punisher’s first season:

The episode titles ares:

1. 3 AM
2. Two Dead Men
3. Kandahar
4. Resupply
5. Gunner
6. The Judas Goat
7. Crosshairs
8. Cold Steel
9. Front Toward Enemy
10. Virtue of the Vicious
11. Danger Close

Ever since seeing Star Wars for the first time around 1979 he’s been an unapologetic fan of the Wars and still believes, with Clone Wars and now Underworld, we are yet to see the best Star Wars. He’s a dad of two who now doesn’t have the time (or money) to collect the amount of toys, comics, movies and books he once did, much to the relief of his long-suffering wife. In the real world he’s a graphic designer. He started Following the Nerd because he was tired of searching a million sites every day for all the best news that he loves and decided to create one place where you can go to get the whole lot. Secretly he longs to be sitting in the cockpit of his YT-1300 Corellian Transport ship with his co-pilot Chewie, roaming the universe, waiting for his next big adventure, but feels just at home watching cartoons with his kids….
