Stephen Amell teases ‘several Olivers’ in Crisis crossover event

July 21st, 2019 by Marc Comments

In an interview at SDCC 2019 Arrow Star Stephen Amell was talking about his final season on the series – the link is below and it’s a fun read – but one line stood out to me.

In the interview he talks about the annual crossover event of The CW’s Arrowverse shows. This year is Crisis On Infinite Earths which signals the end of Amell’s stint as as Oliver Queen/Green Arrow and many are speculating about what might happen to his character.

He has said before that he would like to return to the Arrowverse from time-to-time as Queen, so I have my doubts he will die.

Anyway…

In the interview, he had this to say: “I’m going to play more than one character in the crossover [and] they’re all named Oliver.”

It seems that Oliver will meet other versions of himself from across the multiverse and I’m wondering if perhaps this will hold the answer of how he will end his career.

Will he, perhaps, go and live out his days in another version of earth? Perhaps another Oliver will die in his place.

Who knows, but it will be interesting to see different versions of Oliver.

Thoughts?
