One of the curious things about the Supergirl series (emphasis on “one of”) on CBS is the fact that it won’t premiere alongside the returning (or premiering) fall shows when the new seasons begin. Due to Thursday Night Football, we were told Supergirl wouldn’t arrive until October. And it would be on Mondays…directly opposing Gotham…
Anyway, with everything “sorted”, CBS has unveiled that Supergirl will arrive on October 26th at a special start time of 8:30 pm EST. It will then move to 8pm EST, it’s regular start time, the following week.
It’s still EXTREMELY curious as to why they’re doing this in regards to putting it in the same time slot as Gotham, but we’ll have to wait and see how this all plays out.
